How to Use a Mixing Valve
Turn the faucet knob: The knob design may vary depending on the type of mixing valve, but generally, the left side is for hot water and the right side is for cold water.
Adjust the water temperature: The ratio of hot to cold water determines the output water temperature of the mixing valve. Adjust the ratio according to your needs to obtain a comfortable water temperature.
Turn off the water supply: After use, turn the mixing valve knob to the minimum position to ensure the water supply is completely turned off to prevent leaks and water waste.
Precautions
Before using the mixing valve, ensure the upstream pipes are securely connected to prevent leaks from faucets.
Do not use the mixing valve with other faucets during operation, as this may cause pipe blockage or unstable water temperature.
Adjust the mixing valve according to the season and ambient temperature to avoid excessively high or low water temperatures.
If the water temperature is found to be too high or too low during use, stop using it immediately and repair or replace it promptly to ensure safe operation.
