The intelligent mixing water unit is applied to a low-temperature circulating water system, generally supplied to a floor heating end. Also it equipped with a smtart panel to remotely control to change the water temperature of the low-temperature supply and return water. ensuring low-temperature radiation requirements for the end-of-floor heating.

Key Benefits
Temperature Regulation:
Prevents scalding and protects UFH pipes from excessive heat.
Energy Efficiency:
Allows high-temperature heat sources (like boilers) to work efficiently with low-temperature systems, reducing fuel use.
Comfort:
Delivers even, consistent warmth across the floor.
System Integration:
Can be integrated with Building Automation Systems (BAS) for smart control.
How it Works
Heat Source:
A boiler or heat pump provides high-temperature water (e.g., 160°F/70°C).
Mixing:
The device takes this hot water and mixes in cooler water returning from the UFH loops.
Control:
A sensor and actuator adjust the blend, often using a three-way valve, to maintain the target low temperature (e.g., 110°F/43°C for the floor).
Distribution:
This perfectly tempered water is then sent to the UFH manifold and circulates through the floor pipes.
To solve the problem of high water temperature in the centralized heating network or boiler outlet, a secondary heat exchange system is introduced between the heat source and the ground heating equipment, specifically designed as a combined proportional control mixing device for different heating systems, including centralized heating and independent heating.

Function:

Set the supply water temperature according to the temperature requirements of the heated rooms. The mixing valve automatically adjusts the proportion of low-temperature water and high-temperature water flow in the ground heating pipes after heat dissipation to achieve a constant supply water temperature (the water temperature for low-temperature ground heating does not exceed 60°C). The circulation pump provides stable flow to achieve optimal energy-saving heating and "comfort" requirements.
