Working Principle Of Mixing System

A mixing system, also known as a mixing heat exchange regulation system or heat exchange control center, is a device that converts hot water with a high temperature difference and low flow rate into circulating water with a low temperature difference and high flow rate.

It mainly consists of an electric four-way/three-way regulating valve, a circulating water pump, a ball valve with a thermometer, a proportional-integral controller, and a temperature sensor. Applied to underfloor heating systems, it can convert high-temperature hot water from centralized heating into low-temperature hot water suitable for underfloor heating standards. After power is supplied, the inlet valve opens unconditionally, allowing hot water to enter. When the system detects a water temperature higher than 35 degrees Celsius, the water pump starts operating. Details are as follows.
